Mousa Broch
More photos from day 2 of my friends' visit to Shetland. After seeing the Killer Whales we caught the ferry to the island of Mousa. Again there was lots of wildlife to see, including some close sightings of harbour porpoises. The main attraction though was Mousa Broch - "the finest surviving example of a 2,000 year old Iron Age tower, or broch"1.
