Fine Day at Eshaness
A brief glimpse of sun lights up the spectacular cliffs and sea at Eshaness.
Shetland has enjoyed some stormy weather recently. I’ve posted a selection of ten photos taken during the last ten days (counting back from this image).
In terms of safety, I should mention all the photos in the selection were taken from vantage points a good bit back from the edge of the cliffs or shore, using a telephoto lens. If the wind had been much worse I wouldn’t have ventured outside of the car. Some of my favourites from the selection - Ægir’s Daughters, Flying through the Storm, and Sea Power - were actually photographed from the car.
